All the managers I know were looking at emails all day long or reading websites in between email, while the workers kept the concern an on-going concern, if front role managers do close to nothing, imagine the wealth owners, they sit by their pool with a latte and a magazine and read about new discoveries and where they can get good people to exploit the new discovery.
