My first album buy was 'Against the Wind' by Bob Seger, when I was 14…but had various of dads Perry Como records that I had listened to up till 14. As a child I stole some records from Dads record section of the shop, including Topo Gigo records, [an Italian Mickey Mouse] a single ‘Polly Wally doodle all the day’, that I listened to until the grooves were worn, a delighted child at the line “I thought I heard a chicken sneeze” Then I had a record of Boston Pops singing 'Peter and the Commissar' a political production of the 1960's CIA based on Peter and the Wolf.

Taylor Swifts first record she bought was Neil Diamond, after she watched him on her Wyomissing TV when she was 7. She pester-powered her mom to buy a cheap cassette of Neil Diamond, because they didnt have a CD player.

Buddhism ritualises ‘Equanimity’ with ritual Meditation, that emptys the mind of fear, terror and worry, that eliminates attack by CORTISOL, is how the Dalai Lama has reached 90 and looks like a 25 year old.

My resilience to CORTISOL attack has probably been the reason my body had “aggressive” [doctors description] Melanoma for 8 years, without metastasis.

CORTISOL tells the organs to be weak to counter conflict with another, but I instead practiced equanimity, a type of ignoring threat to my life, instead of always being in a state of surrendering fear, that releases ‘Cortisol’ and damages organs strength to survive. CORTISOL is a suicidal neurochemical, that I have learned to avoid, resulting in a very strong heart tissue.

It also told me I have a very hardy heart that has been kept healthy by low attack by CORTISOL, which is the neurochemical that attacks the strength of body organs and weakens among others, heart tissue, leading to coronary infarct during highly stressful situations or extreme fear.

Tay is appalled by the sudden connection to me when she is in acute heart ache…I was surprised by the regular occurrence, but media reports of Tay's regular conflict with Lovers gave me a hint…she was usually mixed in her feelings when attached, so I knew it wasn't a chosen connection, which told me it was a subconscious survival reflex.

@TaylorSwift13 I think your heart was severely damaged by your mothers drinking while you were in utero, but she drank to feel happy in pregnancy, not deadly depressed.

@TaylorSwift13 when you have heart ache, your delicate heart is under extreme stress, your brain takes over and connects you to me to survive heart ache without a heart attack, YOUR BRAIN DOES IT SUBCONSCIOUSLY to save you, its not me, or you, ‘consciously’, your brain knows my strong heart tissue and connects you for coronary strength to survive crisis…I'm as surprised when you connect with extreme heart pain, as you are, that I am suddenly connected.
