They explicitly banned Kingship with its impulsive, random whimsical and arbitrary law making by edict, for interests that suited the King, in Democracy the interests of the people as a whole are the only legitimate interests as the basis of Legislated Law., not self serving despot decree.
Trump thought that the pendulum had swung back to a despot that made arbitrary law that he shoe horned onto the people, with mass communication and salesmanship Trump made his whim and crappy THOUGHTLESS SUPERFICIAL and impulsive dyslexic opinions, the issues that people were concerned about, he fed people his concerns and insisted forcefully it was their concerns.
That they are not, is demonstrated clearly by the protests across the country and in every town and city, that Trump's concerns and interests are not the peoples concerns and interests…and tough minded Judges are reminding the people, that is what he is doing.
