Nice market review, not much available at the high end of the market, BECAUSE its a buyers market in Aussie, ultra rich are holding onto their property for the long run, trying to ride out the correction caused by ‘Negative Gearing’ abolition. Only the over geared are unloading, and usually the lesser offerings in their portfolio. Not true of Tays Aussie buy, an unbelieveable bargain at $4.5 mill, that would cost that much in raw concrete, to build now, is why she so proudly features it in her Patient Zero music vid.

Parents who are conflicted, have children who carry on the conflict inside their mind for life. Sometimes psychology cannot resolve the conflict, because it is concretised inside DNA as well as nurture, and while you can resolve nurture, you cannot alter genetic determinism. Always marry a partner whose parents seems like a pigeon pair, or you will have to deal with their conflicts.

The HEROIC WIZARD OF OZ and the wicked witches, sounds like the most accurate sequel to L Frank Baum's novella.
