Its an inversion of reality and upending of ethics and practical morality, that destroys sustainable honesty, for totally unacceptable pity responses, with appalling socially destructive outcomes, instead of legitimate and realistic therapeutic outcomes, with realistic expectations for learning disabled individuals who decide to hide their disability and punish the rest of life for their misfortune.
