I'm too intelligent for Democratic leadership, I dominate the narrative which excludes pubic from narrative and democracy fails to produce the varietal entrepreneurial expression of a confident polity, that creates prosperity like no other political system. Weak leader, makes for strong citizens.

I play act the absolutist ruler to give competitive impetus to Democracy, that can degenerate to lowest common denominator when a master opportunist sets Democracy on a self destructive course, which is what destructive infantile Trump is doing, lacks adult constructive nous, so destroys the system, leaving him claiming he is the Life preserver of the system. Most people are uneducated or naive and fall for the ruse.

Trump knows Auto investment is tanking, due to tariffs and poor incentive packages, but doesn't care and is still forcefully pushing tariffs as the way to increase investment in US auto making, he doesn't care, he is selling fake public policy that people easily believe, because they have no idea of the complex economics of tariffs and how it in fact kills markets, not localizes them.

When people are dishonest, nobody will do business with them. Trumps tariff extortion is seen as totally dishonest, no sane EU manufacturer would set up a factory in USA with a corrupt, serial lieing and extortionate Administration, seemingly in for eternity.
