Tay has no effective schooling so she has cunning, and like I said cunning makes the sale where selling on features and benefits gets a customer who wants to go home and think about features and benefits. But the lack of follow thru has lost Tay most of her customers that read my daily service to social network while she counts her Billions in some elite conclave as far away from normal people as ruling class can be.
