Tay has about 60,000 known threats to her life including me [because i set a bounty on her for her correlation harassment in 2009]. Tay's security costs her $12 million per annum, if AI is correct, so Obama's security costs would be $8 to 9 million per annum. Trumps tampering with Obamas family security, is breach of Duty of Care, but because it is intentional to bring harm to Obama, it is criminal and hopefully a future Democrat administration will pay out of Trump sequestrated funds, damages to Obamas family, living in terror of MAGA assassination or even worse, kidnapping.
