In 2 months of moving to Western suburbs, I have witnessed 2 run outs from Aldi by non payers just running out of the store with bags full of groceries…they are not worried about camera footage, they all know its so rampant, the cops just sit on their hands, and get paid $115,000 per year, to take reports then file them in a database, that is never reviewed.
