"Heresy" claim against a person is a breach of my civil rights in free speech, by intimidation, according to the First amendment to the US Constitution which is recognised even in Nations with no bill of Rights as persuasive in a Court of Law. ‘Heresy’ claims are now effectively outlawed by the Bill of Rights Amendments to the US Constitution, the Catholic Church subordinate to the US Constitution since the Bill of Rights on December 15th 1791, when effectively the Power of the Catholic Church to persecute truthsayers with ‘heresy’ legal assault and intimidation, was made unlawful as a BREACH OF CIVIL RIGHTS.
