    If labour is rewarded for productivity gains it will engineer and evolve itself to be more productive. If productivity gains end up in the pocket of some armchair fat cat, or some playboy CEO, labour will evolve to be less and less productive…incentivating the least productive investor nodes evolved the system to sedentary and DISHONEST GAIN, not gain by labour productivity that is counter incentivated by cuts to wages and wage slavery corporate culture…a new breed of manager will rise, committed to the Maximum remuneration of task focussed labour, as a real share of productivity gains, so that labour is incentivated to be productive, not chastened or harassed into productivity gains by workplace harrassment or the prospect of starvation or homeless drifting.
