My genome report suggests I have “average” disposition to Dopamine disregulation, suggests an external or lifestyle factor is responsible for the Dopamine disregulation and my responses to life that trigger psychosis. Drug/alcohol taking in late teens and early 20's when secretion levels are plastic set a precedent for long moments of elevated dopamine while recreating with stimulants in a private setting. Suddenly stressful life events seem to negate constant elevated Dopamine levels and the mind reacts with psychotic emotional expressions as a a psychotic dignity response by contradiction of elevated dopamine levels. Stressful events and or perceived social sanction can precipitate argumentative protest dignity psychosis to a sudden drop in dopamine, by stressful event or social sanction, of inappropriate euphoria in public. Hence people with dopamine disregulation prefer to be cut off from reality where they are more likely to experience high dopamine levels without intercession by stressful event or social critique externally regulating secretion response to the reality event or otherwise normal interaction of appropriate balanced equanimity emotion, suddenly lowering dopamine levels by organic response to external stimulus. So the dopamine disregulated person avoids social interaction, to re-create dopaminergic solitude.
