I have no idea why the Iranians or the Saudis do not offer $1billion in oil in return for a fully functional Nuke from N Korea or Pakistan, then declare themselves a nuclear power to aggressor war criminals like USA, with threat to use it on Washington if they continue to threaten harm to Iranian Citizens.
