I am magically relying on Victoria Park Racing and Recreation Grounds Co Ltd v Taylor (1937) [CWLTH] to protect myself from suit by Taylor Swift alleging intrusion into her private life, by my correlation. I would be arguing I am Taylor, or known on radio as "Angles", the neighbour to Victoria Park Racing Club and I am allowed to view the spectacle of Taylors life, because she has no property rights in her spectacle to be able to exclude me as a property right.
