                          Trump has one reason for big tax cuts to the extremely wealthy…their gratitude in political donations when an election comes around. If you get $270,000 back in your taxes a year, in 4 years you are gonna give back $500,000 in gratitude at the windfall, the other guy is saying you don't need and others do. It is not backed up by economics, the multiplier effect of wealth is far lower than that of low incomes…it makes economic sense to shift as much as possible to low NOT HIGH incomes…but that rarely gets you elected.
