        Christofascist Stasis
In the marble halls where the banners glimmer,
they cloak their gears in pious gold,
They preach a compass that never moves, a tale that's bought and never sold.
But the clockwork heart of the machine beats on a hollow drum,
While voices whisper—love your neighbor—yet the doors stay shut and numb.
        Verse 1
They quote the golden words like a sacred flame,
Yet burn the doors of mercy, shackled by the name.
Salvation on a ledger, mercy weighed in stone,
And sins are counted softly, while compassion’s overthrown.
        Pre-Chorus
Oh, the chorus climbs with a velvet lie,
"Follow me meekly," while they stage their lie.
A hymn for the crowd, a script in the choir,
But the flame in the altar grows tired and dire.
        Chorus
Christofascist stasis, a gate without a key,
A fortress built on whispers of a supposed decree.
Jesus spoke in parables, not chains of fear and fate,
But the gears keep turning, dragging mercy to the gate.
        Verse 2
They wear the robe of virtue, glittering, clean,
While the trust of the needy dissolves in unseen means.
Tongues of blessing, profits in disguise,
And the gospel echoes empty under manufactured skies.
        Pre-Chorus
The book on the stand, the scandal in the pews,
A sanctified ritual that excuses abuse.
The poor are called to patient grace,
While power writes the rules in a gilded place.
        Chorus
Christofascist stasis, a gate without a key,
A fortress built on whispers of a supposed decree.
Jesus spoke in parables, not chains of fear and fate,
But the gears keep turning, dragging mercy to the gate.
        Bridge
If mercy is a river, let it flood this hall,
Let freedom rise where the banners start to fall.
Let the lost be found, let the silenced speak,
Let love outrun the lies they sell as creed.
        Verse 3
They parade the creed, but the heart stays mute,
Where justice requires action, they silence the truth.
The silver of sermons blinds the common weal,
While the quiet struggle for mercy breaks the iron seal.
        Chorus
Christofascist stasis, a gate without a key,
A fortress built on whispers of a supposed decree.
Jesus spoke in parables, not chains of fear and fate,
But the gears keep turning, dragging mercy to the gate.So let the bells toll for a better dawn,
Where words meet deeds and the dam is drawn.
May the gospel breathe again, in mercy and grace,
And end the stasis with a living embrace.
