MOVE-ON OR ARREST BEFORE A 2 HOUR INTERVAL OF PROTEST IS ASSAULT, AND BREACH OF CIVIL RIGHTS ENSHRINED IN 1ST AMENDMENT FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
