The problem is the Dopamine dysregulated will always love life in cloying enthusiasm that secretes too much of the neurochemical reward for loving life, even if secluded, by self talk that reinforces the over-secretion, or by use of stimultants that mimick the ‘joi de vivre’ of life loving, even while in seclusion from life. The mildly depressive effect of nicotine, explains why those over secreting dopamine will often be chain smokers, as the nicotine effect tamps down the over exhuberance of life that oversecretes dopamine. Similarly Bi-polar will always be chasing the high of dopmanergic pleasure, and will always suddenly be confounded by social sanction that thrusts tjhem into depressive misanthropy at the judgementalism of social expectation in social sanction. Dopamine surfeit and surplus is a set of stock responses that are habitual and only pharmaceutical intervention can break the nexus of response to life that creates the neurochemical dysregulation.
