We may need to consciously control these neurochemical stimuli, or we will be condemned to economic cycles of depressive violent brutality and war, countervailed in time by Golden ages of empathy and life loving pleasure seeking, these neurochemical regulations need to be removed from impulse to conscious choice, or we become slaves to cyclical up/down epochs.
