Police forces need intensive simplified training in the occurrence of psychopathy in society if we are to manage and risk assess mass murders or serial murders as a growing threat to social integrity, as people become more fearful in public at the possibility of murderous assault by psychopathy, ruining retail and public transport nodes, leading to sociophobic residential cocooning.
