The Chinese are ‘SMART ASSES’ . They take advantage of huge investment of the West in Chinese industrialization, then steal Western technology to aggressively compete with Western business, is aggression instead of Co-operation. Free Trade is a perfect plan for world equalisation of industrialization, it's just that the Chinese are not playing to the game rules, and trying to take advantage of Free Trade benevolence to bite the hand that feeds it.
