Because Taylor Swift is a citizen of the United States, enforcement of her rights is in the US jurisdiction, which does not agree she has any privacy rights to enforce, where in Australia, Privacy is well protected and Victoria Park Racing [v] Taylor may well have been legislated out of common Law existence. So what I do is possibly illegal in my jurisdiction in Aussie, but Taylor Swift has no standing to sue or obtain injunction to protect her privacy because her governments Justice system says she has no enforceable right to Privacy, especially against an Aussie who does not reside stateside, which protects my right to satisfy my curiousity almost any way I please.
