Problem with Capitalists is their entrepreneurial zeal, quickly becomes rage for market power and the first thing to vanish is empathy for marginal customers or healthy competition translates into personal psychopathology or nationally into international aggression. State Capitalism tends to counteract this malevolent tendency, so that Hospitals owned and run by government will display much higher levels of empathy to private capital hospitals, who will be quick to support Eugenics for marginal customers to support their financial bottom line. Similarly private security is fraught with violent assault where government Police have far fewer assaultive events than private security, all by operation of an empathy differential from private to State capital.
